Fee structure

The perception of value relates directly to the commitment by the service provider to deliver solutions, which may be implemented in a given timeframe.

Fee structures are influenced by the magnitude of the assignment, which may be confirmed once an assessment of the organisation has been done.

Scaling rates also apply to the size of the organisation – small, medium or large – and the complexity of the process, which requires evaluation and implementation. Some fee structure models include:

  • Lump sum turn-key models.
  • Performance and reward models.
  • Supply of full-time resources model.
  • Fixed fee retainer models.
